Since there are fewer parts in solar home heating systems, so they just contain a simple fan that is used for drawing room temperature air into the heating panel via a sequence of heating channels, and after passing into these channels, it is piped out the heated air back into the room.
It is usually manufactured in the size of 20” x 32” 3.5” and is bordered in clear pine for painting or staining. After bordering, it adopts the shape of a box along aluminum, behind a sheet of air tight Plexiglas. Inside the box, there are two baffles that are configured to look like a maze. This permits for continuous stream of air to be heated. The aluminum collector is painted with black color for absorbing more heat from the sun. When, the sun goes up with a full shine, then this home heating system has the capability to reach the temperature of 140 to 170 degrees. A thermostat is used for controlling the heating. It is auto off and auto on with temperature ranges.
